8. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Coaching sessions – Due to your purchase being a coaching service in a business capacity, we do not offer refunds on coaching sessions that have already taken place. In the event that you have signed up for a coaching package, you will have a 72-hour grace period in which to change your mind for sessions and/or packages that have not taken place.

Information Products – Due to your purchase being an infoproduct in a business capacity and downloadable at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or cancellations outside of the 30-day period for online courses. All purchases are binding. 

  • In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled coaching appointment, you will have the opportunity to reschedule as long as proper notification is given.
  • No Show appointments result in an automatic forfeiture of the session fee.
  • Coaching and Mentoring packages are good until one year from the date of purchase. 
  • We encourage you to shop mindfully and wisely before purchasing. If you are not sure you’ll like what you buy, and you’re worried about making the purchase or signing up for coaching, take some time to explore the website and social media pages. If you like what we offer for free, chances are you’ll be happy with your purchase.

8. Acceptance of this Refund Policy

  1. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.


9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
